Shipping and Returns

HOLIDAY NOTICE

We recommend shopping early this holiday season. We are working hard to ensure our orders ship on time, but please note that our carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, Aramex) are experiencing high demand which could result in delays.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date, with the exception of pre-orders.  Purchases made after 12 PM EST may not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from one of our warehouses located in London, the Netherlands and Dubai.

All delivery times below are in business days.

 

Delivery times are calculated based on the average estimated time provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have a problem with delivery, please email and we will be happy to help you!

If there are any problems with your order during delivery, please email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any loss or damage. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier to monitor the delivery of your purchased items. We will do our best to help you recover your items, but unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds until the item is successfully returned or the item is confirmed to be returned.

Returns
We offer returns on all orders!

Any brand new product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We offer convenient return options for international orders.

You can return any product purchased from our online store within 30 days of delivery.

Please ensure that the watch has not been used and the tags are attached for a refund. If the product shows the slightest signs of use, no refunds will be accepted. We recommend that you take a photo of the return packaging for future reference.

Order Rejection:

If the end customer rejects an order, please note that shipping and return charges will not be covered. Rejection may occur for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to non-acceptance of delivery, refusal to pay customs fees, or any other circumstances that result in the rejection of the goods.

Customers must carefully check their orders and be ready to receive the goods to avoid additional costs and hassles. If an order is rejected, any related shipping and return charges incurred will be borne by the customer.

Duties on Returns:

If returning goods, please note that any additional duties, tariffs, or charges incurred during return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by customs authorities and are beyond our control.

If customs duties are required when returning goods, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cover these charges. Instead, any such charges imposed by customs will be deducted from the refund amount for your returned goods.

We recommend that you contact your local customs or authorities for information on potential taxes and fees before returning goods to ensure a smooth process.
